Rainy Days In The West End This February
James McAvoy, Nigel Harman and Jamie Lloyd are to star in Richard Greenberg's Three Days of Rain at the Apollo Theatre in February 2009.
The exciting new show explores how the lives of one generation impact the next. 'Walker Janeway' (James McAvoy) and his sister 'Nan' come back together for the reading of their wealthy architect father's will in the Manhattan loft where he lived. Their father leaves behind a remarkable legacy, an iconic 1960s New York house he designed with his then business partner, 'Theo'.
Theo's son 'Pip' (Nigel Harman) meets up with Walker and Nan to settle the estate and decide what to do with the house. Together they try to unravel the secrets of their parents past with their only clue, a diary entry reading "three days of rain" .
Three Days of Rain is a funny and touching portrait of family, love and friendship with a cast of familiar faces. It's sure to cause a stir in the West End in the new year.
