Be Among The First To See Priscilla
The West End is going to have a serious influx of colour in March 2009. Priscilla Queen of the Desert: The Musical will be roaring into town in a riot of wigs, sequins and glamour. You can be there to witness this "sensational journey to the heart of fabulous" with a Show and Stay® theatre break from as little as £110.50 per person.
Jason Donovan, Tony Sheldon and Oliver Thornton will head up the cast of the musical written by Stephan Elliott and Alan Scott. The West End production will be directed by Simon Phillips and will open at the Palace Theatre in March 2009.
The new musical was based on The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert, one of the most successful Australian films ever made. The musical adaptation made it's world premiere in Sydney in late 2006 and was rapturously received. North American, German and Swedish productions are currently planned for the near future.
With nearly 500 costumes, 100 wigs, 160 masks and 20 full scale production numbers, Priscilla is certain to be a smash hit in the West End next year. Book a fabulous theatre break with Show and Stay and guarantee you will be among the first to experience this musical phenomenon.
