Opening Times:

The London Eye ticket office opens at 9.30am each morning.

Winter: October - May: 10.00 am - 8.00 pm daily
Summer: June - September: 10.00 am - 9.00 pm daily

Please note that over the Christmas period, the London Eye will be open as normal with the exception of the following days:

24 December: 10:00am – 5:30pm
25 December: CLOSED
31 December: 10:00am – 3:00pm

  In January the London Eye will be closed for its annual maintenance.
From the 9 -15  of January inclusive the London Eye will not be open to customers.

One of the most recognisable landmarks in London, the London Eye has proved not only stylish in design but popular with visitors to London. Brainchild of David and Julia Barfield, the London Eye is the largest observation wheel in the world. The Eye used 1,700 tonnes of steel, was constructed in just 16 months and the capsules have the ability to carry over 15,000 visitors a day.

The London Eye is the perfect way to view London and some of the city's most famous sights - on a clear day you can see up to 25 miles away in every direction as the glass capsules move you 135 metres above London. The gradual flight takes approximately 30 minutes.
