Margot Mason, a famous feminist writer, is struggling at home trying to finish her next book. Enter unannounced the bright and enthusiastic young student Molly Rivers and suddenly the play kicks into life. Though Molly starts put being very charming and knowledgeable about Maorgot's life and career, her true intentions come to the fore when she pulls out a gun and threatens to kill the terrified author. Margot is taken captive and the house becomes a tension filled lock down. Funny and farcically intriguing, The Female of the Species is theatrical experience that is not to be missed.
