I have just arrived back from a London theatre break and I just wanted to compliment and thank you for the service I recieved!
The trip was booked a suprise birthday present for me and my best friend. I spent hours researching the internet trying to get the best deals until I came across your website. I found your website to be the most simple to use and the prices were just fantastic! I couldn't believe that I was able to get two tickets and two nights in a 3* hotel in London for a mere £80 per person. So much so that I decided to ring to confirm. Within my job I deal with a lot of people in call centres and over the phone and it was such a nice experience to have someone on the other end of the phone who was genuinely pleasant and was able to answer all my enquires.
On arriving in London, the directions to the hotel were perfect and we found it with no problem. The staff within the hotel were extremely welcoming and the room was amazing. The fact that all I had to do was give the receptionist my confirmation number and name was a great relief instead of the usual filling out of the forms and paperwork.
The show (Chicago) was amazing in itself and it really put my mind at ease knowing that I didn't have to worry about losing tickets as all I had to do was again give in a confirmation number to the ticket office!
I would definatly use your service again and will recommend it to all my friends and family! Thank you once again!

The whole booking process was a good experience. Every step was clear and easy to follow. Everything was accounted for from departure to arrival. The Hotel quality was good and the close proximity of pre- show restaurant to theatre was excellent. Quality for package was very good and booking in to the hotel and collecting tickets at the theatre was simple.

I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was exactly as stated on the website and totally hassle free.

The service provide by yourselves was excellent, the hotel was great and the show was brilliant. The overall experience from making the booking through to picking up the show tickets was very efficient and professional, thank you.

This break was for my hen party and we all enjoyed the stay and excellent hotel, friendly staff and great value all round!

My daughter and I have just come back from our 4th Show and Stay package and again, we had a wonderful time.
We stayed at the Strand Palace (this hotel is so wonderful we haven’t bothered trying a different one) and saw Hairspray. The whole trip went brilliantly.
We are now looking at booking our 5th package with you. We have recommended you to friends who have also had a wonderful trip.

I am writing to thank you for a very enjoyable Theatre Break experience, and remark that everything went off with no problem whatsoever.
Having chosen the Show and the Hotel personally, it was nice to find that the location of each meant that we had a pleasant stroll from on to the other, without use of public transport.
The reason for using your services was to relieve us of any hassle on a celebration of our 40th Wedding Anniversary, and this you certainly did with a professional approach. The cost was quite surprising when I broke it down into the individual parts (Hotel/BB, Show Circle seats and return train fare), such excellent value for the money. I am at a loss to know how you make a profit!
If I have an occasion to repeat a similar excursion, I would not hesitate to contact you again, and will in the meantime recommend you to any friends who are contemplating such an experience.

I would just like to send an email to thank Show and Stay for the excellent weekend which myself and my colleagues have just had. We went to see We Will Rock You on Saturday 1st December for our works Christmas party and stayed at the SAS Portman ‘Radisson Hotel. There were 8 of us in the party and the whole trip was perfectly organised from start to finish, excellent seats at the Theatre, superb Hotel (particularly the wonderful breakfast – highly recommended)
So just to say - thank you very much, will definitely be using Show and Stay again.

My husband booked a theatre package to London to stay at the Millenium Gloucester in Kensington and see the Show Mamma Mia. We have returned today and I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with the whole package. The hotel was lovely and well situated and the seats to the show were great. We feel we have had superb value for money with the rail fare and I have already recommended you to our friends to book through. Thanks for a great job and it made my birthday treat something to remember for all the right reasons.

..Just to say thank you for a very enjoyable theatre break. The Strand Palace Hotel room, which was the usual standard as expected of a 3/4*, was ready on arrival. The staff were excellent, efficient and friendly, and our stay was rounded off with a very good breakfast. What can I say about the show! Joseph was a dream come true, with the tickets available on arrival at the box office and perfect seats. This was all thanks to your first class service - I have already recommended your company to anyone who will listen!
